岗位职责工作职责/Responsibilities:
1、对整机系统及散热部件进行热设计评估，仿真和测试
Thermal design evaluation, simulation and testing on system level and components
2、撰写系统所用散热部件测试和评估标准，并对其进行选取与认证，
Author thermal components evaluation and test standard, and verify the components.
3、解决实验室及产线的热设计相关问题
Debug thermal issues in lab and mass production stage
4、散热新材料和工艺的研究及导入
New thermal material and process research and importing for mass production
任职条件Requirements：
5、3-5年及以上的热设计经验及扎实的热设计理论基础
3-5+ years of experience in system thermal design with solid theory
6、熟练使用热仿真工具（FLOTHERM/ICEPAK）及结构设计软件(CAD/PROE)等
Proficient in thermal simulation and mechanical design S/W tools
7、熟悉常用热测试仪器及热测试方法，能使用示波器万用表等电气测量工具者优先
Proficient in using thermal equipment and test methodology.
Proficient in using Oscilloscope and multi-meter is a strong plus.
8、熟悉常见散热组件（如散热片/风扇）性能及原理，有完整的散热系统设计经验优先
Familiar with the theory, performance evaluation of FAN/Heat-sink.
Have entire thermal system design experience is a very strong plus.
9、熟悉高性能计算机类产品者优先，熟悉电子产品制造产线者优先
Familiar with high performance computer products is a plus.
Familiar with electronic products mass product is a plus.
10、非常清楚的逻辑思维。具备成熟的解决问题的方法论。非常强的理解沟通能力
Very good at logical thinking. Have mature problem solving methodologies.
