主导电池单体设计仿真&热管理性能验证及电芯设计改善工作
Position Overview
Lead thermal design, simulation, validation and process optimization for battery system he/ she is responsible for.

岗位职责
主导进行电池/模组的热流体建模仿真、验证等工作,预测电芯寿命及容量衰减模型,输出质保建议
通过仿真降低产品设计成本和风险,给出产品改进建议, 帮助设计团队完成设计优化
支持产品机械测试、故障排查以及新业务开发过程与热管理有关事宜
建立和完善仿真与测试的对比及数据库更新
通过严格执行仿真流程和建立完善 Lessons Learned 和Guideline,提高热管理团队分析的准确性、一致性和快速性
pan>Main Responsibilities
Lead the thermal team the battery pack/module level simulation, validation and other thermal management relevant works.
Recognize the risks and give the suggestions to improve the structure and reduced the costs, risks and time, help the design team to optimize the product
Support thermal performance test, RCA and NBO activities relevant to thermal management
Improve thermal model by comparing the simulation results with test data, and improve the database
Continuously improve the accuracy, consistency and rapidity of thermal team by strictly implementing the simulation process, build and development Lessons Learned and Guideline.
岗位任职条件
硕士及以上学历,热能工程或能源工程相关专业
熟练掌握Fluent,Star CCM+ 等主流CFD软件并能够培训团队成员
3 年以上热管理工作经验,具备带领、培训热管理团队经验
熟悉APQP开发流程,具有动力电池行业和整车热管理经验者优先
良好的英语书面与口头沟通能力;
良好的工作沟通,团队合作能力;
pan>Requirements
Master degree or above, major of thermal engineering or energy engineering;
Proficient in using Fluent, Star CCM+ or other CFD tools
More than 3 years of experience in thermal management and have experience in leading and training thermal management team
Be familiar with APQP process, experience in power battery industry and vehicle thermal management is preferred
Excellent oral and written English communication skills;
Good communication and cooperation skills;
